The Stewardship Initiative provides a framework to create places that future generations can be proud of that meet the needs and aspirations of all stakeholders. It does this through effective land management, considered design and development, and carefully targeted investment.
The Stewardship Initiative is a coalition of individuals, businesses and organisations committed to bringing about change in the land and property sector to deliver better, more sustainable and affordable places through developing innovative thinking, best practice and capacity building in line with the stewardship ethos.
It aims to encourage the right skillsets, policy framework and long term investment, recognising the particular opportunities, challenges and responsibilities of land, place and property as an asset class.
